On Sunday 11th people from all over Stroud took time to mark the 100th anniversary of Armistice day and to remember those who gave the ultimate sacrifice in both World Wars and all conflicts since. Glen Gogerly UKIP PPC Stroud and Chairman of UKIP Stroud and Gloucestershire was at the Stonehouse service and laid a wreath there,Brian Cooke laid a wreath and represented UKIP in Stroud and UKIP National Spokesperson for Small Business and Rural Affairs Ernie Warrender laid a wreath in Cam . Glen Gogerly Commented ” Today we saw at least 2,000 people line the high Street in Stonehouse to remember those who gave so much so that we may enjoy the freedoms we have today. It was a very special day and it was so nice to see so many people, Including many young people, come out for this special day.”

UKIP Stroud have recently launched a funding drive for their on going Brexit campaign to keep the pressure on Treason May. Glen Gogerly UKIP Parliamentary candidate and Chairman for Stroud commented ” with six months to go until Brexit day we have to be able to continue to get our positive message for a clean Brexit out to the people. I am asking people to donate to our fund so we can produce material to hand out at street stalls and deliver to peoples homes. Any amount that people can afford is much appreciated.”
